AccuSource Solutions joins Safeguard

DALLAS, TX – Safeguard Franchise Systems, Inc., today announced it has closed its latest conversion transaction with Carrollton, TX-based AccuSource Solutions, Inc. The conversion of AccuSource becomes the largest conversion transaction completed by Safeguard in 2012 in terms of annual revenue. It is the second-largest in Safeguard’s 55-year history.

Founded in 1980, AccuSource has distinguished itself as a leading resource to the banking and financial industries for over three decades. The company’s ground-breaking software, called Expense Management Program (EMP), has relieved the industry of the inefficient task of purchasing and distributing marketing materials and consumables. 

“We made the strategic and exciting business decision to align our organization with the growing Safeguard network,” said AccuSource President and CEO Mark Wood. “This decision means we can leverage Safeguard’s vast capabilities to offer new products and services to customers and grow organically as well as through business acquisitions.” 

AccuSource brings four facilities ― located in Dallas and Lubbock, TX; Denver, CO; and Birmingham, AL ― to Safeguard. It becomes Safeguard’s largest distributor in the state of Texas and in the entire Midwest.
